What are announcements?

Announcements are special messages posted by the administrator or moderators. They often contain important information and you should read them as soon as possible.

Announcements appear at the top of every page in the forum to which they are posted. Whether or not you can post an announcement depends on the permissions required, which are set by the administrator.

Announcements are designed to be a simple one-way communication with the users. If you wish to discuss announcements, you will have to create a new thread in the forum, since you cannot reply to announcements.
